Urban Living

The urban living sector has grown exponentially in recent years. The growth of out-of-town centres, in tandem with the emergence of online shopping, has facilitated a shift away from retail dominated town and city centres, and has created a void within many urban areas, which is now being filled by new residentially led schemes facilitating the regeneration of many urban areas. Given changing circumstances within the construction industry and concerns around viability, we are increasingly supporting clients in the delivery of affordable housing schemes with grant funding support as a way to continue revitalising unviable brownfield sites. DPP are exceptionally well placed to continue to drive forward the emerging urban living sector, having obtained planning permissions for many urban living schemes across the UK.
