Faith FolleyChief Operating Officer, BA (Hons) Dip TP MRTPI

Chief Operating Officer

Faith is the Chief Operating Officer at DPP, managing all aspects of the company; from business development and strategy, to people and compliance. She’s responsible for all of our quality assurance practices and the good governance of the company.

Many of our clients have worked with Faith during her career as a planner. She has worked closely with a number of universities, particularly those in the North. Faith has also played an integral role in regenerating landmark sites across the North East, such as Milburngate House in Durham and Hadrian’s Tower in Newcastle.  Complex schemes like these were made possible by Faith’s tenacious project management, her empathetic handling of consultations, and her skilful application of planning regulations.

In her role as the COO, Faith is helping other members of the team to make connections with key clients and expand their knowledge of key sector areas for DPP.

Under Faith’s management, DPP maintains excellence in everything we do. She works closely with Gareth, our CEO, to define our strategy and make sure that we achieve our targets.

One of the most important elements of Faith’s role is nurturing the people we employ here. She cares about the wellbeing of all our people and she makes sure every person feels empowered to be their best at work. With that in mind, Faith organises access to mentoring and coaching, and keeps wellbeing support at the top of our agenda.

Faith co-ordinates the training programme for planners, to keep up our reputation for technical excellence. And she’s also responsible for shaping the culture at DPP, guiding our people in how to give and receive feedback in helpful ways and creating workable personal development plans.

Faith leads the way in our collaborative approach, listening to colleagues and clients to find out what they need and how to achieve it. If you have feedback, ideas, or suggestions, Faith is always willing to have a conversation and take it on board.
