Nathan is a highly experienced Principal Planner with a diverse background spanning both public and private sectors. He joined DPP in September 2024, bringing with him expertise in planning policy, project management, and development consultancy.

Prior to joining DPP, Nathan worked at a respected planning consultancy in Bristol, where he focused on traditional residential and hotel developments, gaining valuable insight into commercial planning processes and client engagement. His earlier career included eight years at the Vale of Glamorgan Council, where he played a key role in the Planning Policy team and later as a Project Manager. During this time, he was instrumental in delivering a range of education and affordable housing projects on behalf of the Council, demonstrating strong teamwork and strategic planning capabilities to deliver upon the aspirations of the Council.

Since joining DPP, Nathan has continued to lead on residential and education schemes, while expanding his portfolio to include urban regeneration and energy developments. His ability to navigate complex planning environments and deliver high-quality outcomes has made him a trusted planner to both clients and stakeholders.

Nathan is known for his collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering projects which meet client timeframes. His broad experience enables him to provide strategic guidance across a wide range of planning challenges.
