Three of our Team have recently secured their professional accreditation with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)

Harriet Whalley in our Leeds office and Tom Quille in our Cardiff office have both become Chartered members following the accredited degree route. Chris Wallace in our Leeds office is now an Associate member having followed the planning experience route.

DPP requires all  Planners within the business to be working towards or to be chartered members of the RTPI.  The RTPI is an advocate for best practice in planning at all levels of government and in the international arena. It gives planners a voice in shaping the planning system. We support all employees through mentorship to secure chartership with the RTPI, as achieving this accreditation demonstrates technical excellence.

Speaking about the latest additions to DPP’s chartered RTPI Members, DPP COO Faith Folley said:

Providing technically accurate and astute advice to our clients as it at the heart of our business, so we place great emphasis on all our team securing chartered status with the RTPI. We provide mentoring and a full program of technical training to everybody to enable them to achieve this, and to then continue to learn and develop. As such, we are delighted to see Harriet, Tom and Chris secure their accreditations.
