Casey Scott and Hannah Thompson have joined the Newcastle office of DPP as Senior Planners.

Casey graduated from Newcastle University with a MSc in Planning in 2022. Following graduation, she worked at Northumberland County Council within their Development Management Team, where she managed a variety of planning applications. 

After graduating from the University of Manchester with a MSc in Planning in 2018, Hannah gained 3 years’ experience in transport planning working across projects including transport strategy development and business case development. More recently, Hannah worked for a real estate advisory firm in London on a range of projects primarily located in London and the South East, and across the residential and health sectors, advising from pre-application stage, through to post-determination. She became a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) earlier this year.

Speaking about the appointments Jo Robison, Director in the Newcastle office said

We are delighted to welcome Casey and Hannah to the team and are excited to see their careers in planning continue to develop with us.  They bring  different skill-sets to our team and will be involved in projects across a range of sectors and locations, supporting our continued growth.
