DPP were delighted to work with JSR Farms Ltd and Countryside Properties Ltd to submit and manage an application for reserved matters approval for 70 dwellings on land off Field Lane, Thorpe Willoughby.

The scheme was subject to significant revision following a change in housebuilder to Countryside Properties during the planning process, and DPP successfully managed various changes to the scheme through detailed negotiations with Selby District Council.

Following detailed negotiations with the Council and their statutory consultees, permission was granted in July 2020, and Countryside Properties are now on site with their affordable housing delivery partner Karbon Homes, who are delivering the scheme as a 100% affordable housing development and are now on site.
