Appointed to prepare a planning application for a new £40m teaching and learning centre as part of the University’s Masterplan, DPP led the initial pre-application enquiry and discussions with the LPA & statutory consultees. We also undertook a public consultation and project managed a range of different technical teams to meet tight development deadlines.

DPP secured consent for the high-class, state-of-the-art facility, which will provide additional lecture theatres, classrooms, seminar rooms, catering facilities, education labs, breakout spaces and student learning zones. It will also support conference facilities for around 500 people during University vacation periods.
