DPP secured planning consent for the significant remodelling of the western façade of Cardiff’s Queens Arcade Shopping Centre to facilitate a new retailer in January 2012.
DPP continue to advise Addington Capital on planning and heritage matters and their contribution to obtaining a range of planning permissions has played a major role in maximising the asset value of Queens Arcade.
