On behalf of Strata and Great Places Housing Group, DPP were appointed to provide planning services in respect of proposals for 76 affordable dwellings in Catcliffe, Rotherham.

DPP managed the project team to obtain the required information for the planning submission and prepared a Planning, Design and Access Statement. DPP also undertook a public consultation exercise with the local community and prepared a Statement of Community Involvement to support the planning application.

Throughout the determination period, DPP liaised closely with the LPA and statutory consultees to overcome issues relating to access and landscaping which resulted in securing a recommendation for approval at planning committee and the subsequent approval of the application.
