DPP has been shortlisted for the Commitment to Employee and Training Development award at the North East Generation 4 Change (G4C) Awards 2025.
Achieving the shortlist for the award is testament to DPP’s commitment to employee development. It is this commitment that has created a pathway for 50% of our current directors to ascend to leadership from junior and entry positions.
The shortlisting reflects DPP as a flexible organisation that accommodates requests for different working patterns and that our staff have benefitted personally from our commitment to employee and training development. This is demonstrated through team members regularly progressing up the career ladder and taking on positions of more responsibility.
The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 2nd May 2025 and the DPP team is looking forward to being in attendance.
