DPP were appointed to provide planning services to secure the detailed planning permission for an edge of settlement urban extension in Throckley.  The scheme proposed 580 residential units plus recreation ground, sports provision and a local community centre. DPP were brought on board to negotiate at length with the Local Planning Authority, to prepare the submission for all the details of the landscape, road networks, infrastructure, groundworks and community facilities and project manage the extensive technical team to ensure a timely consent.

DPP successfully managed the project team to collate and submit an extensive and complex range of technical documents in a short time period.

Successfully liaised with the Local Planning Authority and the wider team at length to secure an acceptable set of submission documents.

Start on site is anticipated in December 2017.
