Hannah joined DPP as a Senior Planner in 2023 following almost 2 years’ town planning experience at a London-based real estate consultancy. She was promoted to Principal Planner in July 2025. Hannah also has experience in transport planning, having previously worked in the sector for over 3 years, where she was involved in a range of projects covering consultation and engagement, transport strategy development, business case preparation, and the evaluation of proposals across both transport and non-transport sectors. As a Chartered Town Planner with a Masters in Town Planning, Hannah brings a strong technical grounding and a broad understanding of the schemes she works on.
Since joining DPP, Hannah has worked on schemes across the residential, commercial, leisure, education, and health sectors, supporting a wide portfolio of clients and contributing at every stage of the planning process. She is experienced in the project management of applications at all stages. This includes the preparation of public consultation activities to facilitate meaningful engagement with stakeholders, leading teams through pre-application enquiries with the Local Planning Authorities and coordinating inputs from multidisciplinary teams to ensure applications are robust, and clearly presented ahead of submission. Throughout the determination stage, Hannah works with teams to respond to any consultee comments to secure a timely decision for clients, and recently, worked with the team to successfully negotiate with the Local Planning Authority on objections relating to a proposal for the redevelopment of a college within a highly constrained site in the Green Belt.
Post-determination, Hannah continues to support clients by advising on and managing the discharge of planning conditions and amendment applications to ensure projects progress efficiently. Additionally, she undertakes site appraisals and prepares briefing notes, including detailed planning policy reviews, to inform feasibility assessments and early-stage decision-making. Through her varied experience, Hannah provides clear, reliable, and strategic planning advice across a diverse range of projects.
