On behalf of Vistry Partnership, DPP were appointed to provide planning services in respect of proposals for a total of 210 dwellings on land at Scunthorpe Lakeside, Scunthorpe.

DPP managed the project team to obtain the required information for the submission of two major planning applications and prepared Planning Statements for both applications.

Throughout the determination periods, DPP liaised closely with two case officers at the LPA and statutory consultees to overcome a number of key issues including highways, flood risk and contributions towards new school places in the district.
