DPP submitted a full planning application on a site in Killinghall to demolish the existing vacant poultry sheds and construct 10 new dwellings in the form of a farmstead.

There were a number of site-specific issues to overcome; namely that the site was located beyond the development limits and in the open countryside and that there were also issues relating to drainage, design and ecology.

We worked closely with the client and the Local Authority to achieve a positive outcome under delegated powers.
