Good luck to Lee, Nicola and Anett at our Newcastle office for tonight’s Generation4Change North East Awards

G4C provides a unique environment whereby those who are new to the property industry can find camaraderie, share ideas and to use the network as a platform for getting their voices heard in industry. The G4C network is an opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative industry thinking and best practice in the sector. The Awards evening celebrates individuals/organisations from seven categories spanning the North East.

Nicola Crowley has been shortlisted for Future leader of the Year. She has excelled during her time with DPP, being promoted three times since she joined as an Assistant Planner in 2015. Nicola has been involved in a number of regionally significant schemes across the North East which will benefit the community and enable economic growth.

Lee Fulcher has also been shortlisted for Future Leader of the Year. Lee made significant progress since joining the company in 2019, demonstrable by his promotions from Assistant to Senior Planner within 3 years, as well as his increasing involvement on projects across a range of development sectors including residential, leisure and culture, commercial, and education.

Anett Vild has been shortlisted for New Professional of the Year. Anett joined us in December 2021 as an Assistant Planner with 6 months experience working at a South East based planning consultancy. She secured a first class honours degree from Herriot Watt University and has been involved in a range of commercial, education and residential projects since joining the team.
