Aldi St John Street, Bridlington

Working on behalf of Lateral Property Group, DPP gained planning permission for a new Aldi store on St John Street, Bridlington.

Situated adjacent to the Grade II Listed Burlington Methodist Church, the brownfield site is located close to residential properties and when developed will provide the local community with employment opportunities and enhanced retail provision.

DPP successfully coordinated the planning application process from pre-application discussions, through public exhibition and a Planning and Retail Statement (with detailed sequential and retail impact assessment) to final approval, which was given in June 2015.
