Lee Fulcher, Hana Rothwell and Ava Hodgson-Greaves have all been promoted.
Lee Fulcher has been promoted from Principal Planner to Associate Director.
Lee, a skilful project manager, has been with DPP Planning for eight years, having initially joined the consultancy on part-time work experience in 2017.
He has since risen through the company to become a trusted advisor, with clients coming to rely on his dependable strategic planning advice and professionalism. Lee has worked on a range of major projects like Cramlington Learning Village and delivering 248 homes at Merrington Lane in Spennymoor for Strata Homes. .
In addition, Hana Rothwell and Ava Hodgson-Greaves have both been promoted from Assistant Planner to Planner.
Since joining the consultancy in 2023, Hana has managed a range of projects including a change of use planning application on behalf of Fighting All Cancers Together, as well as making significant contributions to planning applications at NetPark in County Durham and multiple projects for Advance Northumberland.
Ava joined DPP Planning on work experience in 2023 before securing a part time Assistant Planner role. A member of the RTPI Young Planners Committee for the North East region, Ava has helped to secure planning permission for Polam Hall School in Darlington and development works at Scarborough Hospital, as well as managing NMA applications for Houghall Campus (East Durham College), Durham
