DPP are delighted to confirm the promotion of Harriet Whalley to Planner.
Harriet, who is based in the Leeds office, joined DPP in August 2020 as a year-out placement whilst studying MPlan (integrated Masters) at Newcastle University. She continued part time whilst completing her degree, becoming full time in September 2022.
Since joining, Harriet has worked on a wide range of sectors across the UK, most recently working on the Howden urban extension, the redevelopment of the Core Shopping Centre as well as numerous school and defence projects.
Speaking about Harriet’s promotion, Gareth Hooper, DPP’s chief executive, said:
We believe in rewarding talent at DPP, and this is reflected by Harriet’s well-deserved promotion.
Unlocking new talent and overseeing their professional development is key to the success of our business and how we support our clients.
Harriet’s route to Planner level from placement year, to part-time Assistant Planner and then full time, reflects her strong professional progress and the increasingly significant contribution she has made to the company. We are delighted to help Harriet get to this point and wish her continued success.
