Kayleigh Dixon

Kayleigh is an Associate Director at DPP who joined in 2012 as an Assistant Planner. With experience in both the public and private sector, having worked at Northumberland County Council’s Development Management department as an Assistant Planner prior to joining DPP, she has a BA Hons and Diploma in Town Planning from Newcastle University and has been a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2014.

A skilful and resourceful project manager, whose skills lie in coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary technical teams to achieve deliverable planning permissions, Kayleigh is responsible for the project management of both small and largescale planning applications through to decision, strategic client advice, promotion of sites through the Local Plan process, public consultation and various aftercare work. Kayleigh has broad experience across a range of development sectors including commercial/mixed use, education, retail and residential; and is particularly competent in leading on EIA.
