At a time when people are appreciating the importance of living in, and experiencing, great places, we were delighted to receive the latest visuals for our Sero Homes project in South Wales.
The 35 environmentally friendly homes in Pontardawe were approved earlier this year in what is being hailed as one of the world’s first truly net carbon neutral neighbourhoods.
The homes will have a net-zero-embodied-carbon primary structure, use passive design and use renewable energy technologies to generate enough electricity to power the scheme.
Designed by award winning architects Loyn & Co and landscape architects Farrer Huxley, we are proud to be associated with such a ground-breaking and beautifully crafted project. A start on site is due later this year and we hope this project will lead to a greater emphasis on ‘place’ in future residential schemes.
