Working for an international investment holdings company, DPP achieved permission for 3,000sqm of office development and 4 luxury residential apartments in Primrose Hill.

The site’s sensitive location within a Conservation Area required a sympathetic design to meet planning policy requirements and a full community consultation exercise was undertaken to identify and address objections from local neighbours. DPP coordinated and managed the application and secured permission at Planning Committee in December 2013. Construction is due to begin in February 2015, DPP will continue to work with developers to oversee planning matters until work commences on site.

  • DPP were instrumental in delivering a planning consent fully in accord with our client’s ambitions for the site and in line with the time-critical development programme. This was despite a concerted campaign to frustrate the development by a vested interest. Their attention to detail and close working relationship with Planning Officers and the design team, also ensured the consent withstood a subsequent legal challenge.   I would have no hesitation in recommending DPP on future development projects
