In Permission secured, Residential

DPP have secured reserved matters approval for 64 residential units in Luton.

Designed by ECE Westworks, the proposals for the five storey scheme at Burr Street forms part of the wider High Town regeneration area.

The applicants, Grammont Group, also have outline planning approval on the adajcent site for a further 227 units and are currently marketing both sites as  ‘Station Place Luton’.

The town centre site, located adjacent to Luton Station includes a central public square, public piazza and retail use.

DPP secured delegated approval for the scheme, officers commenting on the quality of the scheme developed by ECE Westworks.
