On behalf of Cassidy Group, DPP have secured planning approval for a landmark residential scheme in central Nottingham.
DPP secured unanimous approval for the £55m, 319 residential apartment scheme at Nottingham City Council’s first virtual planning committee.
The 12-storey scheme designed by Nottingham based architects Maber, is located in The Station Quarter which is the centre of the £250m Southern Gateway regeneration project which aims to create a business district around the station.
The build-to-rent scheme is located in the heart of the city centre and will provide a high-quality residential offering that compliments the changing nature of Nottingham’s city centre.
This is DPP’s second approval for Cassidy Group in Nottingham in June following the approval of the 7-storey 703-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme at Deakins Place.
