TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012.

Proposed development at Baltic House, James Street, Cardiff

We give notice that RBL Partnership Ltd is intending to apply for planning permission to Cardiff City Council  for the following development:

Full planning application for the change of use from office to residential accommodation (Class C3) at Baltic House, plus a one-storey rooftop extension, along with new 6-storey residential development to the rear with access, landscaping and associated infrastructure at Baltic House, Cardiff, CF10 5FH.

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 as amended by The Planning Applications (Temporary Modifications and Disapplication) (Wales) (Coronavirus) Order 2020, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below. If you are unable to access the documents electronically you may request copies of this information by emailing cardiff@dppukltd.com or by telephoning 07931 139 864.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this proposed development must do so by the 15th February 2021.
