In Cardiff, New Project, Student Accommodation

Exciting development plans to deliver 365 new student beds in a 15-storey purpose-built building have been approved unanimously by Birmingham City Council’s Planning Committee.

On behalf of Reuben & Morgan, the planning application was submitted and run by DPP’s Cardiff Office for the building at Curzon Circle, next to Birmingham City University and the emerging HS2 Curzon Street Station. A period of collaborative working with the Council and a team of technical consultants takes DPP’s tally of student beds approved in Birmingham to 1,000 this year alone, following the approval of Lancaster Street earlier this year.
