DPP has secured planning permission on behalf of Tesco Stores Limited for residential development on land adjacent to its Tesco store in Burnage, Manchester.

The proposal was supported by an indicative masterplan provided by architects Saunders Partnership and was granted permission by Manchester City Council for up to 19 homes.

The permission was secured without developer contributions or affordable housing requirements, enabling unencumbered development for market housing.
