Working on behalf of English Cities Fund, DPP has provided planning and heritage services to help secure planning permission for 36 new townhouses the next phase of development of the 17-hectare Salford Central Masterplan.

Known as ‘Plot F4’, the 36 townhouses will provide family accommodation in a high quality development designed by Buttress Architects.  Particular attention has been given to the site location in the Conservation Area and adjacent to several listed buildings including St Philip’s Church (Grade II*) and Salford Cathedral (Grade II*).
